Golden Trunk Stores Inc. ("Golden Trunk") operates a Canada-only wholesale SIP trunk storefront. We do not offer international voice services. This policy describes how we handle information for Canadian customers, resellers, and website visitors.
2. What we collect
Account and trading desk data may include business name, Canadian billing address, contact email, technical contact, SIP authentication details, IP allowlists, and wholesale usage records including Canadian CDRs (call detail records).
3. How we use data
Information is used to provision Canadian trunks, invoice wholesale capacity, detect toll fraud within Canada, meet CRTC-related obligations, and respond to support requests. We do not sell customer lists or CDR content to third parties for marketing.
4. Canadian call records
CDRs for domestic Canadian traffic may include source/destination numbers, duration, route class, and timestamps. Retention aligns with billing cycles and applicable Canadian telecommunications record-keeping expectations.
5. Sharing
We may share data with Canadian upstream carriers required to complete in-country calls, payment processors, and authorities when legally compelled under Canadian law.
6. Your choices
Canadian business customers may request access to or correction of account data by emailing [email protected]. Account closure may be subject to outstanding wholesale balances.
