Terms of Trade
1. Canada-only scope
Golden Trunk sells wholesale SIP trunk capacity, Canadian domestic termination, and Canadian numbering only. By opening an account or placing an order, you confirm traffic will originate and terminate within Canada unless explicitly approved in writing for cross-border Canadian enterprise scenarios.
2. Wholesale accounts
Services are sold to qualified businesses, ITSPs, MSPs, and call centers. We may require business registration proof, intended use description, and traffic forecasts before activating channels.
3. Pricing & billing
Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Channel fees, per-minute domestic rates, DID charges, and setup fees appear on your wholesale quote. Prepaid balances expire per account terms stated on your invoice.
4. Provisioning
SIP credentials, IP authentication, and Canadian route tables are issued after payment clearance and fraud review. Customer equipment must be configured to our Canadian interconnect specifications.
5. Suspension
We may suspend trunks immediately for non-payment, Acceptable Use violations, suspected toll fraud, or attempts to pass international traffic through Canada-only routes.
6. Limitation of liability
Golden Trunk's liability is limited to wholesale fees paid for the affected Canadian service period. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses from upstream Canadian carrier events.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to courts in Ontario.
