Wholesale Trunk Agreement Summary
1. Service description
Golden Trunk provides burstable Canadian SIP channels, domestic termination, Canadian DID origination, and reseller trunk kits. All routes remain within Canada unless a separate written amendment is signed.
2. Channel commitments
Quoted concurrent channel limits and CPS ceilings define maximum simultaneous usage. Burst above committed capacity may be rate-limited or incur overage per your quote schedule.
3. CDR & reconciliation
Wholesale CDRs for Canadian traffic are available through the customer portal or SFTP where configured. Disputes must be raised within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date with specific call examples.
4. Maintenance
Planned maintenance on Canadian PoPs is announced when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur to protect platform integrity or address security incidents affecting domestic routes.
5. Portability
Canadian number porting is coordinated with losing carriers per CRTC timelines. Customer is responsible for accurate LOA submissions and maintaining service during FOC windows.
6. Term & cancellation
Month-to-month wholesale accounts require thirty (30) days written notice unless a term agreement states otherwise. Early termination fees may apply to committed channel discounts.
7. Entire agreement
Signed quotes, these summaries, Terms of Trade, Acceptable Use, and Privacy Policy form the agreement. Conflicts are resolved in favor of signed enterprise schedules when present.
